At Apex Stride we aim at making sure that your orders reach you timely and safely. The following is a summary of our shipping policies:

Shipping Locations

We are already capable of delivering locally to every part of [Country Name]. We are also in the process of extending our services to other nations and will revise our shipping services as soon as international delivery is opened.

Processing Time

Order Processing: After making your order, this will be passed on and delivered in 1-2 business days. It is important to note that orders can be placed between Monday and Friday without considering weekends and holidays.

Confirmation of receiving the order: Once you have placed an order, you will get an order confirmation email which will contain details of your purchase. The shipping confirmation email will be sent by the system separately and will contain the tracking of your order.

Delivery Time and Shipping Methods

We have a number of shipping options and the delivery time can change depending on where you live and which shipping method you want:

Normal Shipping: It is delivered in 5-7 business days on average and after delivery.Expedited Shipping: The shipment is received within 2-3 business days.

Next Day Delivery: This service is only offered to certain destinations, as it reaches the destination the following business day.

It is worth mentioning that delivery time is approximate, and it is possible to change based on weather, the shipping provider, or other unexpected events.

Shipping Fees

The shipping costs depend on the order amount and the delivery address. The shipping cost can be displayed before making a purchase and is estimated. Promotions of free shipping are occasionally provided by us, so please make sure to visit our site to see how we do it.

Order Tracking

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number within an e-mail. This tracking number can be used to track the whereabouts of your package on the carrier webpage. These tracking details may take up to 24 hours before updating.

Shipping Restrictions

At the moment we do not ship to P.O. boxes and international addresses.

Orders made after the cut-off time, usually 12:00 PM (local time) are not currently shipped on the same day.

Delays and Issues

Although we strive to deliver in good time, you must know that there are some delays every now and then which we cannot control, e.g. weather, holidays, or problems with shipping carriers. In case, there is a considerable delay in your delivery, then our customer care department can be contacted and we will solve the problem.

Missing or Damaged Items

In case of receiving a damaged or defected product or a missing order, then call our customer care team as soon as possible. We shall collaborate with you to address the problem in the shortest time possible. All the packaging and items must be kept because we may make a claim with the carrier.
